MediaKit Studio is a tool that helps creators build media kit documents in their own web browser. These terms are a contract between you and us, the operator of this website. They are written in plain English on purpose. By opening the editor or buying Pro you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the tool.
Everything you type or upload stays in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not collect it, store it, or see it. You own your content and you are responsible for it, including making sure your stats are accurate and that you have the rights to any photos, logos, or quotes you add. Because your kit lives in your browser, clearing your browser data deletes it. Export your PDF to keep a copy.
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the tool to build media kits for yourself and for clients you work with directly. You may not resell, rebrand, or redistribute the tool or its templates, or run them as a competing service.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Taxes may be added depending on where you live. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel from the link in your Stripe receipt email.
Lifetime Pro lasts for as long as we operate MediaKit Studio. This is a small, self-funded project and we cannot promise to run it forever. If we ever decide to shut it down, we will give at least 30 days of notice on the site and by email to the address on your Stripe receipt, and we will give every lifetime buyer a free downloadable copy of the tool that runs offline on your own computer. After a shutdown we have no further obligation to you.
The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we remove something you paid for within 30 days of your purchase, you can ask for a refund.
If Pro is not working for you, reply to your receipt within 14 days and we will refund you, no drama. After 14 days refunds are at our discretion. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and you keep access until the end of the paid month.
The tool formats information you provide. It is not legal, financial, marketing, or other professional advice. The rates you publish, the claims you make in your kit, and the deals you sign are entirely your responsibility.
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other platform names and logos belong to their owners. MediaKit Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version always lives on this page with its updated date. If a change significantly reduces what paying users get, we will announce it on the site before it takes effect.
